U4ia Night Club

U4ia was one of the largest clubs in Cleveland.  It was also a Gay club, but it had a steady stream of straight visitors on certain nights because of the good music.  Back in the early days of the scene people would club-hop often; you'd start your night at a particular club and then migrate towards downtown.  I'd always end up at the Nine at some point, but U4ia and other clubs like it were a part of the evening.

U4ia was also known for its fetish balls.  While some took it as a tame event others took it quite seriously...  U4ia has since closed down, but I'm not sure for what reasons.
